Clifford Catlett, Chairman
Clifford Catlett has thirty years of commercial
real estate experience including either managing or operating a brokerage for more than
20 of those years. That experience was preceded by 12 years of commercial lending
experience for a large banking institution. As the son of a minister, Cliff has focused
much of his business experience on assisting churches and other non profits with real
estate sales and financing. Cliff and his wife Susan are active in the Christian
Community in the Sacramento area. Cliff serves as the President of the Board of the Law
Enforcement Chaplaincy of Sacramento County. Susan is in high demand as a speaker
among Christian Women’s groups throughout the state.
Bob Pirtle, President
Bob Pirtle has spent a career as an
entrepreneur, much of that career focused on working with churches and non profit
organizations. The son of a minister and denominational official, he has spent time as a
church consultant, a senior housing developer/operator, automobile dealer, and as partner
in a video production company. He has substantial experience with real estate and
development both as an advisor and as a principal. Bob, a graduate of Trinity Seminary,
is an ordained minister who serves as the President and Senior Chaplain for Champ Car
Ministries, which provides chaplaincy to an international automobile racing series. Bob’s
wife Vee is the office manager for Clifford Roberts Group Inc. as well as frequently
traveling to assist in the racing ministry. Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees of
Bethany University in Santa Cruz.
